Twin Angel staffs do above and beyond what I expected for my mom. Every time I requested for a staff to care for my mom they did a wonderful job. They have always gone beyond their job description such as opting to take my mum to Fitchburg museum and other places of her interest. This little activity keeps my mom busy and makes her sleep well at night. All the staffs that Twin Angels had sent to my home to take care of my mom are very professional and stayed within our budget and completed their job in a timely manner.

Unable to drive to the grocery store anymore, Twin Angels staff was delighted to take me out for food shopping with my own car, where I had the opportunity to make choices on what to buy. Despite my challenges the staff was willing to take me to where I decided to shop anything of my choice. She was patient, kind, sweet, loving, and the epitome of everything a care giver could be. When I met the owner of Twin Angels and told him about his staff he told me “his customer satisfaction makes him feel good about his staffs, and puts a smile on his face”.

After going through the St Joseph Bulletin weekly newspaper, I came across Twin Angels Home care on the Ad section of the paper. I began receiving assistance from Twin Angels, who was able to provide needed care to my dad while I go to work and run errands. The care giver assisted my dad with meal preparation, housework, and personal care. With the relief provided by Twin Angels, I was able to have time to myself, but still helping my dad managing his complex medication regimen.
